Ongoing Bible study: Every Sunday 8:30 – 9:30 a.m. (beginning 9/17). An ongoing exploration of the biblical text, designed to expand your understanding of the bible to add meaning and depth to your own life of faith.
The Epistles: 3 week class Thursday Aug 24, 31 & September 7 at 6:30 p.m. We’ll survey the letters from the early church, and explore the rich meaning these letters have for us, even 2000 years later!!
Prayer Team: Every Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. Weekly meeting praying for individuals in the church and the community. Also learning about prayer and spiritual growth. Lift yourself and others in prayer!
SJAMCC Choir Rehearsal: Will begin rehearsal Thursday, September 7 at 6:30 p.m.

Family Feud – Oct 18 – Wednesday, 6:30 p.m. – Part of our Game Show Series – we take the classic Family Feud and play as a congregation as you all forms teams and see who will win the big prize! (Who says church can’t be fun!) Start forming teams now!
Wills, Advanced Directives and Care and Estate Planning – Nov 8 – Wednesday, 6:30 p.m. – One of the most overlooked area of our lives is how we intend to process our healthcare, what happens to us in an accident or health emergency and how will our estate be disposed of at our death. Planning is critical and there are so many pitfalls to avoid! Come hear a panel speak to things like Living Wills, Advance Directives, and Estate Planning.
Advent Programming – Nov 29, Dec 6, Dec 13, Dec 20 – Wednesday, 6:30 p.m. – This years Advent them is “Coloring Our Lives” as we prepare for the birth of Jesus into the world. Come explore how Hope, Peace, Joy and Love are (or can be) the center points of your life.
Name that Tune – Christmas Edition – Dec 2 – Saturday, 6:30 p.m. – With Spaghetti Dinner – Our Game Show Series continues with the classic Name That Tune – but this time we take on the twist of it being all about Christmas music! (If you love singing Christmas Carols – this is a not-to-miss event!) Who do you think knows Christmas music better than you in the congregation? Get ready to sign up for the holiday contest that will match musical wits and holiday charm!
Spirituality in Song from Stage and Screen – Jan 11/17 – Wednesday, 6:30 p.m.- As you have listened to secular music – from stage and screen – have you ever thought about how those same lyrics, if changed into a religious theme, might impact your own spiritual life? Join us for this two week program that will look at some of the favorites and explore how they open up our spiritual lives!

What Does the Bible Say About LGBTQ People – April 10 – Wednesday, 6:30 p.m.- Back by popular demand, we explore what the biblical canon does and does not say about LGBTQIA+ persons. A great class for those that have ever wondered what the bible really says about this topic.
Top 10 Moments in Christian History – April 17 – June 19 – Wednesday, 6:30 p.m.- This program explores some of the most important events in Christian history and what happened to shape the way we think, operate and perceive the Christian faith.
