Our church, St. John The Apostle MCC, is located 1.7 miles from Downtown Fort Myers on historic and scenic McGregor Boulevard. Majestic royal palms border the boulevard on both sides for miles, making it an excellent walking or bicycling course. The popular Edison Ford Winter Estate is .5 mile from our door. Fort Myers Country Club offers 18 holes of golf at a reasonable rate, all year long.
The Downtown Fort Myers River District is home to a pleasant variety of restaurants, galleries, historical homes, and special week-end events. Monthly and annual events include ArtWalk, MusicWalk, Artfestfortmyers, Taste of the Town and the Celtic Festival.
